The strike of the Civil Aviation Authority is illegal
Civil Aviation Authority workers also decided to go on strike, due to the bill that was delivered in Parliament for the reconstruction of their company.
But the 24hr strike they announced for Wednesday stands on thin ice as the Athens Supreme Court to which the mnanagement resorted, ruled the action as illegal.
As reported in the relevant statement, the ruling was given to the workers’ federation via a bailiff in order for them to be informed and after this development, it is estimated that the strike will not occur.
